Careful and thorough inspection is essential to quality manufacturing. MAH Machine employs five full time inspectors, three on first shift and two on second shift. This allows us to give not only thorough inspection of all parts produced, but also prompt service, facilitating quick deliveries. Our Inspection Department is equipped with the finest instruments available and staffed with qualified personnel dedicated to insuring that your parts are manufactured precisely to your specifications and tolerances.

Engineering

MAH Machine offers expanding engineering services. Our years of experience can be brought to bear on your design problems. Our engineers will assist your organization with the development of new parts and designs as well as consulting in rebuilding projects. In some cases, we provide complete concept to final product engineering.

Our extensive knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes often allows us to recommend design changes that can make a part perform better or make it more economical to produce.

Mah Machine uses the latest in technology to provide accurate and timely service. CNC programs are written on a computer in the office environment and transfered to the machines on the plant floor via laptop computer.
 
 

MAH Machine will deliver finished parts within a 50 mile radius at no charge to the customer. Our delivery department consists of 2 full time drivers and 3 part time drivers with truck capacity up to 12 tons. A full time traffic manager assures that all orders are delivered on a timely basis.

Parts are carefully wrapped and banded for shipping. MAH Machine can build custom crates for rollers and frames. Ground level and truck height docks as well as 15 ton cranes give versatile shipping and handling capabilities.
